    Hi,

    I can't seem to find information about it, so I thought I would ask here. I'm trying to convert a windows 2003 sp2 box using scvmm 2008 (version 2.0.3444.0).  The default online conversion failed with 3154: error contacting agent. This has happened to me before so I tried an offline conversion which worked with other machines. I can go through the whole preparation process with no problems (including the system scan) but when the computer reboots into the windows pe environment, the process fails with a 2910 permissions error (40% completion). Anyone have any ideas? The computer is part of our domain and I'm using a domain admin's account.
