I am trying to install SCVMM local agent on a system that is not part of domain. I am selecting "this host is on perimeter networ" at the end of the installation progress bar its prompting WinRM error

"failed to configure the WS-Management service. In the Local group policy Editor, navigate to the computer configuration\administration templates\ winRM, and then ensure that there are no policy settings configured for WinRm Client or WinRM Service."

    C:\Users\xyz>winrm qc
WinRM already is set up to receive requests on this machine.
WinRM already is set up for remote management on this machine.

    what else i should check..

Check the listener by command "winrm e winrm/config/listener".
