    I just upgraded my HP Touchsmart machine running Windows 7 Professional 64bit from Office 2010 32 bit to Office 2010 64 bit.  No problem, the upgrade ran fine and the applications all work fine.  I purchased an added VSIO 2010 64 bit to the mix.  VISIO will not install.  It displays a splash page that insists I am running an incompatible operating system.  It lists the compatible operating systems and windows 7 is listed.  Tried this numerous times, after reboots, etc.  Help!

    Hi,

    Please click Continue or Ignore on the messages to continue the installation test if it helps.

    You may also check Compatibility Mode if it has been selected.

    1. Right-click setup.exe > Properties > Compatibility tab.
    2. Uncheck the Run this program in compatibility mode for: check box .
