Generate DDL From Vision 2007 or 2010

What are the steps to generate DDL Script from the model created in Visio professional 2007 and Visio 2010.
I understand you can use Visual studio to generate the script but can any one highlight the steps.

The last version of visio that supported it was Visio 2005 Enterprise Architect Edition (you had to purchase the Visual Studio EA version to get it).

So, is their no way to Script the DDL Script generated by 2007 or 2010. All the script that needs to be generated Manually ? Please confirm
Also if you could furnish the steps to even use 2005 EA version to generate script created by Visio. I would more likely have a old version of VS in office whichi can use.
