How to Block USB storage device

HI All,
Please help, I want to block Usb storage devices in my office LAN.
I have windows 2003 server
and i have windows XP and windows 7 desktops
i have blocked usb storage devices using Group policies.
but in windows 7 systems its not blocking usb storage devices, its working in XP systems

Use third party software instead, because the GPO gives very low level of security.

I would like to verify whether you are use domain group policy to achieve this, if so, it is better to post this issue in Group Policy forum.
