Hi,
I have listed the download link about the RSAT tool, you can download and install it:
Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1)http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7887
Hope this helps.

Wednesday, January 16, 2013 8:37 PMI have gotten past that issue; the control panel is correctly set AFAIK. However, I still can't use the product! I have 3 products show up as executable programs,. but no Windows 7 Active Directory Users & Computers MMC Snap-in shows up! That is the last hurdle/obstacle in the way. Is that module downloadable as a separate module or is it a part of the original package?
