Application which is using Oracle JInitiator 1.3.1.22 is working very slow

Dear MS Support.
When we update the Service Pack 1 on Windows 7 and Internet Explorer from IE 8 to IE 9 in our cooperate sector one of our application which is using Oracle JInitiator 1.3.1.22 is working very slow. and I am already configure setting are as under.
Click START > Control Panel
Double-click: Internet Options
Select: (TAB) Programs > [Manage add-ons]
For Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer:
Set Windows Live Sign-in Helper: [DISABLED]
Select: [OK]
Furthermore:
RENAME:
“C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.22\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll” to “jvm.dll.old”
COPY:
“Java2 Standard Edition RE 6.0.update7\jvm.dll” ... (use 32bit for 32bit install, 64bit for ... )
to
“C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.22\bin\hotspot\*.**** For Windows 7 Intel i3 HD GPU compatibility (repaint bug)
CLICK Start > Control Panel > JInitiator
or
Double-Click “c:\program files\oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.22\bin\plugincpl13122.cpl”
Enter for Parameters: “-Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true” ... without the quotes
Select: [APPLY] + [EXIT]
Kindly provide the solution.

Hello,
I think it will be better to contact Oracle Technical Support for assistance.
Check also if there is any update for this application since it may be a compatibility issue between the application and the recently installed updates.
