I have Windows 7 Enterprise x 32 bit installed on my (old) laptop. I want to use Windows Easy Transfer to move my data and profile.

When I Click on the Windows Easy Transfer to run it does not run. I have tried running from Control Panel, Accessories backup and restore and even I have tried running Windows Easy Transfer on new computer and save to external HD and running that file to Old laptop but still Windows Easy Transfer program does not start.

I know how to use Windows Easy transfer as I have done this on few computers yesterday. But here my problem is on 1 laptop when I click on Windows Easy Transfer PROGRAM TO STAR IT DOES NOT RUN/START.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Can you see the Process of Windows Easy Transfer running in Task Manager when you double-click it?

Also, maybe you could try to launch it under Safe Mode or Clean Boot Mode.
