Microsoft Expression 2 Installation pop up

Howdy
I uninstalled Expression 2 when I purchased Expression 4. Recently I have beep getting a Microsoft Expression 2 pop up asking for the location on XWebWW.msi. No matter what I do this pop up pops up again. I have verified that I have uninstalled this program. Below is what I see:

Hi Wayne,
I suggest you reinstall Expression 4 to test the result.Also, you can try to install the application in windows compatibility mode:
Make older programs run in this version of Windows
If the issue persists, I suggest you could post to Windows Expression forum for further help:
