before i done the W7 install, i backed up some of my files to my rapidshare account. as i ran out of space on my external HDD...after the install, i turned to download my files by using the rapidshare manager. i have tried both the XP and current version of rapidshare manager and either of them work..

the xp version doesn't install to the pc/laptop..it just runs from it's .exe file, but the current version of the manager, installs to the pc/laptop.

on either version, the main screen appears, but when you enter a links to download, it starts to download but then freezes after a few kb's. and no matter how many times i press start download, closing the manager or even restarting the laptop, it will not go past the first few kb's.

is there a fix for this???

If it doesnt work in Compatibility Mode then it will require a software update from RapidShare to get it working with Windows 7.

Is this still the case? I have the same issue in that the RapidShare Manager won't download with Win 7....
