Win 7 and EI8 Error "This tab has recovered"

"This tab has been recovered.
A problem with this web page caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab."
I am running Win7 with IE8 and I get this message when ever I perform a search on the Internet. There is prior message that says that Internet Explorer has stopped working. Originally when I installed Win 7 there was not a problem. I am using the default Bing search tool and I can't find any obvious software conflict problems as noted on other discussion. Apple's Sarfari browser does not have this problem.
Does anyone have a suggestion to address this problem.

In general you should clear your temporary internet files and start IE without plugins and try it again. Please refer to this link for a detailed how-to.
If this does not function, revert IE back to default settings
If this is not succesfull either, refer to the IE solution center

Also, you can try the suggestions in this knowledge base (KB) article: You cannot view, access, or load some Web pages when you use Internet Explorer 8

This don't works, I did all these recomendations and even uninstall the ie8 and reinstall it but always with same error.
Now I installed chrome and firefox, and they work well, but I need IE for test my web pages.
Can Microsoft do something that works well?
