Hi,
According to their offical website, the latest driver is Legacy Display Driver for windows vista. No driver for windows 7 is available.
You can download the driver and install them in compatible mode. Here is How to.
For Windows Vista 64 bit:

Go to AMD's site and download the native Windows 7 drivers. Select your card from the list on the right side of the page.

I guess the ATI drivers are not being updated for your device?
Try going into the device manager and let it try to find a better driver.
If that fails, get back here
