For iTunes support you must go to https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/
iTunes is not a Microsoft product, it is an Apply product and Apple has sole responsibility for support of their products.

Hi,
I suggest you reinstall it or install the latest version to check the result. If the issue persists, as Rick said, you need to contact Apple support. https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/
