I am having an issue with a Windows 7 64bit machine. Just randomly during the day, the machine losses all internet connectivity. The machine is unable to open any web pages using IE9 nor Google Chrome. During the issue, the workstation still has all local network functions.

Network Functions that are not affected: The Workstation still has access to
    All Network Shared Drives
    Still able to Print
Still able to ping external websites
Able to perform successful trace routes to external websites
Still has access to the Exchange Servers

The only workaround is the have the user log out of their windows session. Can someone offer some assistance or recommendations on this matter? Thanks

    Jason

Please try to reset Winsock and DNS for a test. Open command prompt with Administrator Previleges, then type the following commands.

    netsh int reset
    ipconfig /flushdns
