    I need help, icons for accessing programs from my pc (IE, MSM or any other program), are appearing in windows explorer format and when I try to open them, not simply nothing happens when I turn on my pc programs antivirus and other not start with the pc, not to open anything from the exe format.
    Please help me:

    Is it from the very beginning or after some time?

    Try to reboot and go to the Safe mode and return to the previous restore point.

    Try clean boot.

    Try to disable AV temporarily and/or update your AV program.

    Without any more specific information how you get into this situation, it is very hard to resolve problém "emotely".
