Fax receives fatal error when file is attached

Tuesday, February 12, 2013 3:52 PMI'm having an issue with just one of the computers on my domain not being able to send faxes with a file attached. This is on Windows 7. The modem is hosted on the server. The error comes up only when we open Fax and Scan and then manually attach a file to it. If I open Word or another program and try to print to the fax modem (which is configured like a network printer,) it attaches and works perfectly. There is no text in the body of the actual fax, but in the attached file.

Hi,
I would like suggest you try the following methods and check if they are helpful.
1. Ran System File Checker (C:\windows\systems32\sfc /scannow) and repaired corrrupt files.
