    You need to go to the Adobe forums to ask this question.

    Flash is an Adobe product, not a Microsoft product.

    Microsoft has no control over what Adobe does with their applications.

    Also remember that you're talking about an Adobe product: if Adobe does not develop a Windows Phone 7 compliant version of Flash, that product will not be available for the Windows Phone 7 platform.
