    Hi guys,

I have installed samsung allshare app in my win 7 x86. After installation the application seems to run well for couple of days. Than the services stop constantly. If attempt to restart the services after couple of seconds they will stop.

I have trying installing in admin mode. Force the service to run with a specific admin account.

Here is what I get from event viewer everytime I attempt to restart the services.

This what can be found my MS (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825118) but this is XP related.

You will have to contact Samsung about your problem.

AllShare is not a Microsoft product and not supported by Microsoft.  Although the error message is coming from Windows, it is caused by a third party product.  You may have a corrupted files causing this.

Samsung has sole responsibility for support of their products.

    Hi Rick,

I understand where you comming from and I agree.

The only reason why I posted in MS community was due to the type of error (System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80080005). Plus I could find it mentioned on MS in regards to previous OS.

    Hi,

For application crash issue, this would be caused by a lot of reasons, try to test if this issue occurs to Clean Boot mode first.

Meanwhile, due to this application needs the Microsoft .NET Framework support, please try to perform a repair of your Microsoft .NET Framework:

Version 2 of the Microsoft .NET Framework repair tool is available

Thank you for your tips. I have followed the repair tool and will try now the reinstall.

The problem seems to have been resolved after using a local account instead of a domain account.

I will keep track of behaviour for the forthcoming days.

    Thanks
