initalization error code: -7

When i try to start Pro tools 9 it fails and show initalization error code: -7
I have try to troubleshooting Pro tools and then it shows incompatible program.
I have reload the program and i have the latest program driver. I have on idé what the problem is...

Whether this program run correctly before? Have you changed some settings or install some programs?

Also you can try refer to Help with Windows 7 compatibility problem
In addition, try to reinstall the program for test.
