Hi,
Why do you want to revert to Windows XP? Do you encounter any programs compatibility issue? If so and you are using Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise version, I suggest you use Windows XP Mode which enable you to run many older productivity applications in a virtual Windows XP environment on a Windows 7 based PC..
More information, please see:
Install and use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7

Hello Buzgar Andrei.
Provided that you have a Windows XP installation disk and all the necessary drivers supplied by HP, maybe you do not have the driver for the hard disk controller that Windows XP setup needs in order to detect the hard disk, thus allowing you to prepare and format the partition(s) and start the Windows XP installation.
Contact HP Support and ask for informations.Bye.
