    Dear Team,

    Am frequently getting this error message on Win 7 Prof,

    The specified directory c:\users\xx\appdata\local\temp\Install is empty so compressed folders cannot add it to the archive.

    Hi,

    When did you get this error? We may receive this error when trying to add an empty directory into Compress (zipped) folders. You can try right-clicking a folder. And then click “Send to> Compress (zipped) folders” and see if the issue perisists.
