Answered Snipping Tool's image not opening

    I took and captured a picture by using the snipping tool.

    After a while i tried to open the saved file of the captured image yet it was not opening.

    The i tried many software to open it...i opened with Microsoft word and the rest of them yet the picture opened but when tried to browse it  then it wasn't opening and also in the photo viewers it showed invalid image .

    I don't know what to do?:'( Can i please get some help...

    Hi,

    Does it happen all of time?  Have you associated the file type with a program to open it?

    Do you have other picture viewer program in Windows 7?

    I suggest you boot into clean boot mode for a test:
