CorrectFilePaths Shim x64 Executable

Hi,
I have an application of ours working on Windows 8 x64 using the CorrectFilePaths Fix. The shim is applied to Explorer.exe to correct the names of executables when Explorer attempts to create a user shortcut.
I have attempted to replicate the shim on Windows 7 x64 but am unable to since the CorrectFilePaths Fix is not available for selection in the Application Compatibility Toolkit (x64 Client).
Wondered if there was any way to make the CorrectFilePaths Fix available on a Windows 7 x64 Build?

Thanks for the response Peterson Xiao.
However, I do not have an issue with the shim itself, I have a pretty good understanding as to how they work and I know the syntax i'm using is correct as it works on a Windows8 x64 Desktop.
The problem i'm facing is that the shim is not actually available for selection on a Windows7 x64 Desktop.
