    My PC tipped over and now Outlook 2003 does not want to work. I tried unloading and reloading but get the following message

    Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 has stopped working

    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available

    Outlook will also not work in safe mode.

    I tried to remove all  files from the user/microsoft/outlook and then reload but with same results.

    Would like to remove all instances of outlook 2003 and start over.

    Hi,

    Do you mean that you have reinstalled the Outlook 2003 but it still doesn't work?

    Try creating a new Outlook profile:

    Does it work this time?

    I tried many things and now Outlook started to work again.  Thnx for the tip though.
