    What caused this?

    Snbsp;c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc000012f 0x00100688).
    The system has been shutdown.

This is a Fujitsu Lifebook T731

    Happen after windows update.
    OS: Windows 7

    Troubleshooting:
Tried safe mode(cmd, networking and plain safe mdoe)
    Last known good config
    Debugging mode
And basically all that is available pressing F8.

    Thanks,

    I am back!!!

    Here is what I did.

Boot to third party as long as the system drive will be accessible.

Check windows update log, copy all that update last March 2, 2012 since that was the the date when we get blue scree.

Here are 2 KB that I've seen.

    KB2532531

    KB2555917

Out of the 2 in reference to Microsoft Support site I saw:

MS11-054: Vulnerabilities in Windows kernel-mode drivers could allow elevation of privilege: July 12, 2011

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2555917

    Describe about the file:

    Win32k.sys

I went in the system drive search all folders with Win32k.sys inside systemroot.

Check the date created for the file Win32k.sys (March 2, 2012) windows\system32

Found that there is another file that was created Last July 2011.

Go to system32 and rename Win32k.sys to zWin32k.sys as what I always do back in PC SAFETY days(I miss you guys!!!)

Paste the new copy inside the system32 (one with july 2011 created date)

    Restart machine.

    Yah Lah!!!

    Can now boot....

Booting up to start-up repair. Opening a cmd prompt and typing this command fixed the problem for me.

    dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions

After entering this in and rebooting, windows updates performed a "reverting changes"   I am now able to log into windows and everything is working correctly.

Mt screen is frozen and allows not typing in whatsoever.  I also tried the reinstallation CD and it never came on screen.
