    we re-install the two dvds 3 times, and still, there is no programs on the hdd, there is one folder with the name of the program on it, but it is empty, can some one please help us?... using Vista H. Prem. on a 3.0ghz P-4 3gb ram PC... thanks guys.

    Hi,

    If you are install this software correctly, you can find it in the list of Uninstall or Change a program, then uninstall it and reinstall it again.

    If you can not find it in the Uninstall or Change a program, it's seems that your installation file corrupt. You should try to replace it to a new installation Dvd for check or contact this software vendor for further help.
