HELP !! tRIED SERVER, WINDOWS, SECURITY SYSTEM - ALL PASS THE BUCK !!

Wednesday, January 16, 2013 12:03 AMI'm a lady luddite with a question: when I open Windows I get a warning box with a red circle containing a black X. The 1st line is, <ASCTray.exe System Error >Inside the box next to the circle it states , <The program can't start because rtl120.bpl is missing from your computer . Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.> I just click the X in upper right and the box disappears. Everything seems to be okay, should I worry ?
