Application Compatibility Toolkit 6.0 - multi-user capable?

We have ACT 6.0 installed and have launched the Data Collection Packages and received everything we need. The problem we have now is that more than one person wants to view this database from time to time. Is the Application Compatibility Toolkit version 6.0 able to be accessed from multiple users? What does it take to accomplish this? Or, does it only allow one user to access it?
It's true that the data resides on a SQL 2008 Server... can this be accessed in some other way?
