nero toolbar

Monday, January 28, 2013 4:50 PMi tried to remove nero tool bar and gives me the following" error 2738 couldn't access VBScript run time for custom action. please help me also i am having problems removing nero 10 completly from my laptop i need to remove evrey single file in order to reinstall it. thanks
