how many days i can use the windows 7 RC on my laptop?

If you activate it, it's good until March 1, 2010. (That's at least true in the US.)
(You can verify this by running winver.)
It doesn't actually die on March 1. It goes into a mode where it'll shut down every two hours. It stops working altogether on June 1.
