USB Drive Letter issues with same device GUID

I have two (Adata Superior S102 Pro) 16GB USB 3.0 flash drives that I am trying to assign drive letters to. I have tried the solution listed in the forum below, but have discovered that both drives list the same binary data for \DosDevices\[Drive]:
This is causing a conflict when the computer is booted and one drive letter is reset while the other gets assigned 1 of the previously assigned letters.
