Why is Microsoft still using digital river when they have so much negative feedback?  I have been ripped off for my daughter's student version of Windows 7 with this company trying to charge us over $241 when your australian website incorrectly suggests it should only be around $49.95.  Not happy.

The disk for the program arrived today, but there is still an outstanding duplicate amount allocated against my bank account.  But it is for the total of $63.95 now, not the $49.95.  Could I please have my money back?
