If you'll disable IPv6 on that NIC, that error will most likely go away.

    Hi,
I found with my Windows 7 and network adaptor the errors stopped when I disabled Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter in Device Manager.  I am guessing there is a conflict between the hardware(?)

I did (in the HW device properties and in the network center), but the error remained. I made further tests and figured out:

The error happens the first time I'm switching users after booting the PC. (Boot the PC, login as user A, event log is clean, switch to user B, event log has 20 replicates of this error).

Please give me a better hint.

In the registry, the MaxFileSize is 0. Does this cause the error?

Again in the registry, the Status field has the hex value b7. Does this tell something to somebody?

If the registry status is a Windows exit code, then it means

    "

183 Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

    "

This would match my observations: It happens only when switching users the first time. Sounds like an obvious bug.
