turn off Safe mode

  Start - type in Search box -> "MSCONFIG" find at top of list - Right Click on - RUN AS ADMIN
  
  In MSCONFIG - Boot tab - Boot Options - uncheck SAFE BOOT = APPLY / OK

   Hi

      You can enable or disable safe mode from MSCONFIG >BOOT>SAFE BOOT clear that box and click on 

      apply for information here is link for you . I hope it will let you know how to do it.
