Can Event Viewer be configured to tell whether the time each even is AM or PM?

Tuesday, January 01, 2013 1:35 PMI know one can look at the details of an event to get the information by looking at the UTC time stamp, but I am looking for a way to show the information in the Date and Time column.

Tuesday, January 01, 2013 2:59 PM The graphical user interface you see when you run eventvwr.exe shows the date/time according to your regional settings, i.e. as AM/PM or in 24 hour format. If you see a UTC time stamp then you are using a different interface. You need to tell us what it is.

Tuesday, January 01, 2013 3:20 PMThank you very much for the tip. I changed the Long time format (Region > Formats > Long time) from hh:mm:ss to HH:mm:ss, and I can see whether an event happens AM or PM easily now.
