    It appears that in Windows 7, Communicator 2007 (much like the default behavior of other programs) when you get a new instant message, just the Communicator square in the taskbar flashes.  In Windows XP for example, when you got a new IM, the window would pop up on the screen.  Is there a way to get that "feature" back for just Communicator?
