synconizing large amounts of data across multiple windows 7 servers

I am running a small network of 3 windows 7 servers. They are set up in a workgroup and do
not have a domain controller. I was thinking about using DFS but since I am not
in a domain this will not work. Here is what I am trying to accomplish: I have
a folder with multiple sub folders that i would like to have automatically synchronized
between the three servers. So far I have created the same folder structure on
each of the three PCs and have been manually copying the changes files between
them, but I have noticed some are being missed. Is there a way in windows 7 or is there an aftermarket product that will let me
automatically synchronize files between these 3 folders across the three PCs?
Each server is running a raid 5 disk array to store the data.Anyone have any thoughts short of me adding a domain controller and joining each server to
the domain and using something like DFS?Also, I'm looking for something that does not involve an upload to a centeralized website. The volume of data is too large and would get oo expensive too quickly.
Thanks in advance for your time. I would like to implement this as soon as possible.

I think I need to be more clear on my requirements. I have searched a few of the options listed and a few I found on my own but my requirements make the options listed unusable. Here again is what I need that makes my requirements different than the average user:
1: I am synchronizing LARGE amounts of files. The databases and associated files are around 5 TB.
2. I need an option that does not rely on an online file sync since they cannot handle the size of the files needing to be synchronized.
3. I am looking for something simple that can run locally on each PC, again, all these options rely on some form of online backup.
Can someone please help me find something that fits my needs? Remember, the file size precludes any online backup service. Any thoughts? I though synctoy 2.1 may work, but I had a few questions about it. Does it require an online backup of the data? Can I set it up to sync between 3 computers? Each of the computer is running windows 7 enterprise.
Thanks again in advance for the help! Also, if the product fits all my requirements I don't mind paying for it.

Just an idea: What about to use Big Data mechanism, there should be synchronization between computers (MongoDB?).

Hi,
Actually, 5 TB is a little larger. You may have a try with briefcase to sync your folders and files.
