From the hardware ID we can find that the problematic device is Creative Zen V. Do you have such device that connects to the computer? If so, you may download the latest firmware from the manufacturer’s website.

How were you able to tell it was the Zen V Plus? I have a similar error but do not have that program loaded.
Below is the error I am getting.

I'm not using a zen or anything like that either, it actually references the dvd drive for the error I'm getting:

I have the same problem under Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. After installation of KB2685813 and KB2685811 (Kernel-Mode Driver Framework 1.11) I started to receive an error - Event ID: 219 - Windows Kernel PNP - WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_GENERIC&PROD_USB_CF_READER&REV_1.01#058F312D81B&1#
I cannot download latest drivers for this USB CF reader - it's using Windows' drivers.
I can say that this card reader works fine under Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit. Trying to uninstall and install it again - no luck. This is a multi card reader, but this is only about CF reader. That's weird.
