    Hi,

I created a new user account profile in control panel and gave it an admin status. Later i deleted this profile and also all the files etc associated with this profile. I didnt even used this profile, just created and deleted immediately. What baffles me is in the c:/users there 4 new profile files. I tried to delete it but its says that the file folder is shared and still when i continue to delete, it keeps giving the same message. When i check in this folders under hidden there's this appdata file which points to Trusteer Rapport. Why are these folders still there even when i have choosen to delete all when i deleted the profile? I also cannot delete this appdata file. Is it possible to delete this files? Just to explain let say my default admin profile is X, the new one that i created and deleted is X1, the new files that in C:/users are X1,X1.X,TEMPX ad TEMP. All this file have the appdata folder in them and are set to hidden. I could just set all this files to hidden and carry on, but just worried if this could lead to a back door leak since this folders were once under the admin profile. Any suggestions please. Thanks!

Hi, i manage to solve the problem. To others who might be having this problem, what i did was starting windows in safe mode and then deleting the unwanted folders. So far its ok without any problem. Just be carefull that you dont delete any active profiles. The question we have to ask is why was it not deleted when you delete the profile itself?
