Some other thread, anywho. Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit, windows live msngr, the latest version. I KNOW it's a problem with the router and the program.
Same problem, Same router, Same software.
This is ****ing ridiculous. I have 0-65535 forwarded in the linksys and still it wont connect. FOR ALL FOUR OF THE PROGRAMS THAT WOULD EVEN TRY TO CONNECT.
WLIDSVC/M.exe MSNMSGR.exe AND WLCOMM.EXE
Why is this not working? Microsoft, this is YOUR problem, not that of linksys. MSNmsgr is the ONLY application that does this. Is there something going on that we don't know about? Stupid, I know. But you fellows need to find a BEFSR41 linksys, and find out what your problem is. It's like, what, 30 bucks + that of testing time? Not very demanding in my opinion.

This issue seems more related to Windows Live and the router, it is recommended to post the thread in Microsoft Windows Live Forum and your router support forum for further helps.
The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
