Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information on using Windows Live SkyDrive:

    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

I have uploaded my minidumps at     https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=35384D2616A24108!115

In case you need to know I am running an asus P8Z77 V Deluxe mobo with i7 proc 3.5mhz with 16gb mem.

     Answered

The errors appear to be related to USB.

There are three USB drivers that appear to be involved in the crash, the asmthub3.sys, usbethmp.sys and ASUSFILTER.sys:

    BUCKET_ID:  X64_0x9F_3_usbethmp_IMAGE_asmthub3.sys

AttachedDevice (Upper) fffffa80125a4040Unable to load image \SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\ASUSFILTER.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ASUSFILTER.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ASUSFILTER.sys
     \Driver\ASUSFILTER

The asmthub3.sys is an Asmedia USB 3.0 driver so make sure the Asmedia USB 3.0 drivers are updated to the latest version.

The usbethmp.sys may be a driver for a USB network adapter so make sure this driver is as up to date as possible or remove the adapter.

Lastly the ASUSFILTER.sys may be a component of ASUS USB 3.0 Boost program so update or, if necessary, uninstall the ASUS USB 3.0 Boost program.

That is awesome. I do appreciate your help so much. I have disabled the USB boost and will test each one out to see which, if any and all are causing the BSOD. It just happens out of the blue. Sometimes when I'm on and sometimes when I'm away. Weird.

    Thanks again!! Happy New Year!!
