Explorer.exe Autostart problem. in Win 7.

When I start my computer and logon to Windows7, explorer.exe does not start automatically. I need to press CTRL-ALT-DEL and start taskmanager and run a Explorer.exe from there. When I run the task "explorer.exe" ,Explorer works.
Please help me to solve the problem.

We may scan for the virus first.
If the problem occurs recently, let us perform System Restore to back up the system to an earlier date before the issue appears.http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore
