Hi,
Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.
Therefore, please update your graphics drivers to the latest and see how it works.
If issue persists, please upload the C:\Windows\Minidump\072812-19032-01.dmp file to SkyDrive for further research.
Use SkyDrive to upload collected files.
Hope this helps.

If you got two video cards then you will need a PSU higher than 650 watts to provide adequate power, refer the GPU manufacturer site for power requirements. Also, when you crossflire, you should be using identical GPU's.
The games people play nowadays are still the old 32 bit games pre-2009, check the PC requirements of the game.
"WER-29484" refers to an Ati Video card, your drivers could be for XP rather than for Windows 7 x64.
