Ok, I connect using  WPA-TSIK. The signal is hidden. AND I CANNOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS of the router since it is a corporative one and i am not the administrator. I installed the RTM version and was able to connect with no problems, but I just bought the final version and kaput! I already tried with three or four different driver versions (13, 12.4, etc.) to no avail. Any idea to help me? tnx

The RTM version and the Final version are one in the same.  The RTM image is what was delivered to the OEMs and for pressing Retail DVDs.

I would recommend talking to your System Administrator.  WPA-TPIK is touchy in my experience and someone more familiar with the whole environment can look at several settings on your laptop to see where the problem lies.  You should use the latest Intel drivers for the card since they are certified for Win 7.

Do you get any error message?

First, please understand that the RTM version and the Final version are the same one, the RTM is for OEM and the final is for retail. Please let us know the detail error, and use the Snapping tool to record your troubleshoot. then we can help you.

In addition, you can create a new connection manually referring to the following steps.

Click Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center->Set up a new connection or network->Manually connect to a wireless network

Now, Complete the Details of the Wireless Network, please type the name of the wireless network you want to connect to, which is the equivalent of the Network ID (SSID) field from your router's wireless configuration menus, and select the appropriate type of encryption.

If you are in a public environment, then it is a good idea to check the Hide characters box. Also, don't forget to check the other two boxes: 'Start this connection automatically' and 'Connect even if the network is not broadcasting'. These two allow you to connect automatically to the hidden wireless network. Once all data is completed, click on Next. When finish, you will see a message which says that you have successfully added the wireless network to your computer. If you are unsure on any of the settings, you can click on 'Change connection settings' and review them all.

I think this will help you.
