I upgraded from XP to windows 7 64bit and now my second graphics card is flagged in the device manager. I get this error:

(This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

The SLI doesnt show up in the NVIDIA control panel..

What is the problem? It has the latest drivers.

    I have a ASUS M2N4-SLI nFORCE4 motherboard with 2-GFORCE 9600GT's

Asus has Support forums for their hardware and you are much more likely to find answers there than you will here.  I suggest you check the Asus Support forum for more information.

    Hi,

You need to refer to ASUS Website to update the BIOS and enable dual graphic in BIOS first. I also find a NVIDIA SLI PROFILE UPDATE 3 for you.

I find the same issue as you encountered from the following link.

Asus is still the best source for a solution for your problem.  Join the forum and post you question there.
