How to disable inertial scrolling in IntelliPoint 8.2 for Microsoft Touch Mouse?

Greetings!
I bought a Microsoft Touch Mouse Artist Edition and I'm using it with my laptop on Win 7 x64 with installed IntelliPoint 8.2 x64.
That scrolling effect of inertion (scrolling does not stop immediately after I've finished scrolling gesture leaving mouse alone) is not comfortable for me.
Is there any way to disable that behavior?
