    hi,

    Laptop with W7 is activated via KMS and then user will take it to home.

    will be a problem with activation or laptop must be connected sometimes do domain?

    Hi,

    a KMSclient must periodically renew the activation, to a KMShost. 180 days is the maximum, but it may be required sooner, if the SPPsvc detects a condition such as hardware changes.

    is user informing about overdue activation? how long user can work after that?

    yes, the user is informed. there are several non-genuine notification methods.

    the user can work indefinitely (forever). VL editions of Windows do not "drop back" to reduced functionality mode.
