I had to pay for to download to window xp cause Vista was to slow, always freezed, and never could work with it in my job. Soo please let us with vista have a basic OS window 7 with Activated key since we already purchased the product of vista but never worked.  Microsoft please help i have my product vista key which i can give away for window 7 that way you will know that i have a genuine vista purchase .

    Hi, Ernesto.

At the time of writing almost 20% of all desktop computer users worldwide are successfully using Windows Vista.  So to suggest that it is a product which has "never worked" is quite incorrect, and if it has "never worked" for you then:

    * You have lacked the expertise to 'get it working' for yourself or...
    * You have not obtained suitable assistance to 'get it working for you or...
    * You have tried to use it on a machine to which it is not suited.

The many, many millions of people who DO successfully use it are endorsement of the incorrectness of your claim.

If it has simply not worked to your satisfaction then that is simply an instance of you being not completely satisfied with a purchase made.   There is usually a 'cooling off period' associated with consumer purchases, under the consumer protection laws pertaining to most local regions, and customers should avail themselves of that if not completely satisfied with purchases made.  After all this time, it's too late to be unsatisfied and expect refund or replacement, I'm afraid.

Your expectation is an unreasonable one, unfortunately, and there is no chance that you would be offered a 'free Windows 7 license' as compensation.  You can definitiely expect that Microsoft's answer to your request will be "No!"

    Cheers
