    I have no idea who at Microsoft thought this was a brilliant idea but I genuinely hate you.

     

    I can't delete any folders in Program Files even though I'm the ONLY one who uses this computer and only account. 

     

    I've tried going into the security tab and editing all that garbage. I just spent 3 days fixing an Ethernet adapter problem and I didn't even know this was doing this. It didn't do this until I restored it.. and I am not adding a Registry key and having to right click every single folder just to delete it.

     

    How do I fix this?

    Run the Windows Explorer with admin rights:

    With UAC you have standard user rights ;)
