Windows 7 Pro x64 fails to Upgrade to Windows 8 Pro x64

I cant figure this one out. I followed all prompts, uninstalled everything requested and waited through everything.
I have Windows 7 SP1 Pro x64 installed, and am trying to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro x64. The installation seems to go well, I get through the reboots, and then to the personalization section. I get all my personalization in place, however following entering my email address the screen goes black with a prompt stating the installation failed and a reboot will be required to roll back.
Then everything rolls back and I am just told windows 8 failed to install.
Any help on this one?
Both setupact and setuperr for install and rollback included here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0banr69bln7xxco/7YdFwifBw2
The setupact file is over 150 MB in size sorry! It will also take just a little bit to finish uploading...

I'm not downloading that thing, but you should look for the first instances of errors at the very end of the log. If you cannot find the source of the errors, what happens when you choose the option to 'not' use a microsoft account.

click on "Sign in without a Microsoft account"
